Pond Club: Supporting UMass Hockey
The Pond Club
The objective of the Pond Club is to connect alumni, family and friends to UMass Hockey and create a philanthropic outlet to advance the program on a national level. Funds allocated to the Pond Club provide the budgetary needs associated with recruiting, team equipment, travel, and facility enhancements necessary to run a first-class program and keep pace with its peers in Hockey East.
In the last two years, donors to the Pond Club have had a tremendous impact on the program. A dedicated strength and conditioning center, new skate sharpener, recruiting travel and funding for a sports psychologist are just a few of the areas where donations have enhanced the student-athlete experience.
The Pond Club has giving levels for every interest and income that reward loyalty and generosity. All gifts, no matter of the size, have an impact on the UMass Hockey Program. 2018-19 benefit levels are now available and can be viewed at the below benefit chart.
Commonwealth Club The Commonwealth Club will return for its third season during the 2018-19 campaign. The club is located behind the North end of the ice, is accessible one hour before faceoff and stays open throughout the game. Features include complimentary snacks and private access to a cash bar. New this year, there will be a full cash bar (beer, wine, and liquor) as well as craft beer selections only available to patrons in the club area. This area provides a convenient and fun premium experience for our Pond Club members at the Center Ice level and above. Please note that along with your Pond Club membership, game tickets are also required for admission into the Commonwealth Club.
