Help Us Protect Our Health Professionals!

To help combat the PPE crisis as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, UMass Amherst is spearheading a response initiative to fabricate PPE for local communities. Our very own nurses, engineers, and MakerSpace teams have successfully designed face shields and are printing component pieces of both face shields and ventilators to alleviate current shortages. 

With everything going on in today's world there has never been a better time to give back to the health professionals who give us their time and insight! Donations made here will go towards the Libraries' Digital Media Lab where staff are 3D printing important personal protective equipment so that the heroes working on the front lines: nurses, doctors, PAs, first responders etc., can be protected! 

We are reaching out to current students, families, alums, to please consider donating any amount to help us protect as many of our health professionals as possible!
