Your UMass Minutemen have earned a bid to the National Championships for the second straight year! After a disappointing loss in the 2015 National Title Game, we are back with a vengeance and looking forward to competing in the tournament in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on April 6th. This year's team broke personal school records for wins (16), goals for (136) and goals against (43). Our goalie took home the award for best goalie in the ECRHA, and our team finished as the number four ranked team in the country. We are on a mission to change the end result this year and represent UMass well by bringing home a National Championship!
We need YOUR help to achieve our goal! This trip is very expensive and we are doing everything in our power to help fund this incredible opportunity. Whether it is a donation, attending our fundraiser at the Olde Town Tavern in Amherst, or helping to spread the word about our mission anything helps! Donations via the MinuteFund or through attendance at our fundraiser will go towards registration fees, plane tickets from Boston to Cedar Rapids, six nights stay at a local hotel and rental vehicles for transportation to and from games. Every penny counts!
