As a club sport team, The UMass Alpine Ski Team relies on the support of our school, friends, and family to race and stay competitive in the USCSA MacConnell Division against other top tier colleges and universities. Although we are fortunate enough to receive some funding from UMass, it simply does not cover everything. The Minute Fund will help lower athletes' out-of-pocket costs by reducing the cost of Berkshire East season passes, lodging/transportation, race registrations, a coach, as well as much needed new equipment. Through fundraising/donations, we were able to purchase gates and jackets in the 2016-17 season and new race suits in the 2017-18 season.
Any donation is greatly appreciated and all donations within our $5,000 goal will be matched by a generous donor!
Lastly, we are generating a UMass Skiing alumni network for updates, potential alumni race information, as well as fundraising efforts. For more information about our team, please check out our website! https://www.umassalpineskiing.com
